USDH professional fees: $18,000 to $20,000, paid in parts. Government filing fees are separate. The employer pays its own recruitment and labor certification costs, as U.S. law requires. See full costs
LC means labor certification, also called PERM. It is the first government step: the employer shows the U.S. Department of Labor that the position is open and needs to be filled. The LC filing month on each role is the earliest the employer can file. You can start the free eligibility check at any time.
Wages shown are the employer’s estimate for that kind of work. The wage for your own position is set by the U.S. Department of Labor and confirmed to you before you sign anything.

Requirements vary by position, and every applicant must meet the requirements stated in the job offer and the certified labor application. The wage for any position is set through the U.S. Department of Labor process and confirmed to you before anything is signed. Availability changes as employers file, and no position is reserved or guaranteed. Each employer decides whom to interview and hire.
