Founded in 2021 in Indianapolis, U.S. Direct Hire was built on a simple belief: lawful immigration strengthens America’s workforce and global competitiveness.
What began as a response to worker shortages has grown into a team of over a dozen people dedicated to connecting U.S. employers with motivated global talent.
From the start, our vision has been bigger than filling jobs, we exist to open doors, expand opportunity, and strengthen communities. We do this by bringing people and businesses together.
