The USCIS EB-3 "Unskilled" Visa program, established over 30 years ago, enables U.S. Employers unable to find unskilled workers the opportunity to sponsor a Foreign National's green card through a full-time permanent job offer. Foreign Nationals from any country and with any education level may apply for the EB-3 Visa if the following criteria is met:
A qualified U.S. Employer (Sponsor) is willing to petition for the Foreign National
There are no available domestic workers suitable for the position
The Foreign National commits to a full-time, permanent job with the Sponsor

The EB-3 Visa processing time is typically at least 24 - 36 months, however, times can vary depending on factors such case complexity, nationality and backlogs.
The process involves three main steps, with three different government agencies: the U.S. Department of Labor, the USCIS, and the NVC.
Upon completion of the process, the Candidate enters the U.S. as a permanent resident and receives a green card upon arrival.
After the Candidate has been in the U.S. for five years in good standing as a Permanent Resident, they may apply for U.S. citizenship
